After struggling for a couple of days with setting up my existing Drupal6 site with support for multisite I finally got it working! My tiny contribution to the process of getting a multisite up and running is the merger of two Drupal articles: this one and this one. The first one contains a lot of useful info regarding multisite stuff but without the other article I didn´t get it to work. The latter article told plain and straight "You should not have set the $db_url in settings.php. That makes Drupal consider itself already installed and it tries to run without creating the database tables." Something the first article did tell me to do, confusing... Anyway, now it´s up and running!
